聚四氟乙烯/聚苯酯耐磨自润滑保持架材料的研究

摘 要:采用聚苯酯填充改性聚四氟乙烯,制备出具有较好耐磨性和自润滑性的保持架复合材料。研究发现聚苯酯添加量为20%时,径向拉伸强度为17.3 MPa,邵氏硬度为64.0,干摩擦系数为0.248 5,耐磨性较纯聚四氟乙烯提高6倍;控制烧结过程降温速率,并在结晶速率最大的温度区保温1 h,径向拉伸强度提高27.2%,耐磨性提高1.7%。[著者文摘]

Research on Wear Resistant and Self-lubricating Cage Materials Made of PTFE/EkonolSUN Xiao-bo,LI Jian-xing,SHI Lian-wei,WANG Feng,WANG Zi-junLuoyang Bearing Science & Technology Co.,Ltd.,Luoyang 471039,ChinaAbstract:The self-lubricating materials with better wear resistance are prepared by PTFE reinforced with ekonol.The results show that with 20%wt ekonol,the diametric tensile strength is 17.3 MPa,the Shore hardness 64.0,the friction coefficient 0.248 5,and the wear resistance increases 6 times compared with pure PTFE.The cooling rate is controlled,soaking 1 hour in the largest crystallization rate temperature zone,the diametric tensile strength and the wear resistance increases 27.2% and 1.7% respectively.[著者文摘]
