摘 要:研究了种子乳液聚合制备的聚四氟乙烯/苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(PTFE-SAN)复合粒子在ABS中的分散及其对ABS燃烧特性的影响。发现PTFE粒子在ABS基体中分散良好,并出现少量成纤;PTFE-SAN粒子的加入可促进ABS的塑化,但却使ABS的熔体流动指数减小,流动性下降;PTFE-SAN复合粒子可降低ABS的燃烧速度,并具有良好的防止燃烧过程熔体滴落的作用。[著者文摘]

Dispersion of PTFE-SAN Particle in ABS and its Influence on Flaming Properties of ABSXiao Gao-jun Bao Yong-zhongState Key Laboratory of Chemical Engineering Zhejiang University,Hangzhou,310027Abstract:PTFE-SAN composite particles were prepared by seeded emulsion polymerization and used as the flame retardant modifier of ABS.The dispersion of PTFE-SAN composite particles in ABS and its influence on flaming properties of ABS were investigated.It is shown that PTFE-SAN composite particles are dispersed well in ABS,and are partially deformed into fibers after melt-blending.The fusion of ABS is accelerated as PTFE-SAN composite particles added,while the melt flow index(MFI) of ABS is significantly decreased after blending with PTFE composite particles.The addition of PTFE composite particles is efficiently decreased the combustion rate of ABS,and the modified ABS exhibites anti-dripping properties.[著者文摘]
