摘 要:采用铝酸酯偶联剂(DL-411-A)对实心玻璃微珠(SGM)进行了表面活化处理,分析了活化处理前后SGM表面的成分及形貌,对SGM的处理效果进行了评估。结果表明DL-411-A以化学键合的方式包覆在SGM表面,并提高了SGM颗粒与聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)基体间的相容性。经DL-411-A表面活化处理的SGM提高了PTFE基复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及邵氏硬度。[著者文摘]

The elements and surface morphology of SGM are analyzed before and after the treatment, the treating effects of DL-411-A on SGM are evaluated. The results show that the DL-411-A is bound onto the surface of SGM, and an organic layer is formed, and the interracial adhesion between polytetrailuoroethylene (PTFE) matrix and SGM particle is enhanced. Mechanical tests reveal that the tensile strengths, elongations at break and Shore hardnesses of PTFE/SGM composites are improved.[著者文摘]
