聚四氟乙烯膜裂纱表面特征及摩擦性能分析

摘 要:探讨聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)膜裂纱的表面特征及摩擦性能。分析了PTFE膜裂纱的纵向形态和横截面形态,并对不同纱线运行速度、导纱材质与初张力条件下PTFE膜裂纱的动摩擦因数进行了测试。结果表明:PTFE膜裂纱纵向呈规则的圆柱体,横向为多边形,纱线表面光滑,不易黏附粉尘,具有自清洁作用;PTFE膜裂纱的动摩擦因数在低速度时随纱线运行速度的增加逐渐降低,随着纱线运行速度的增大,动摩擦因数又逐渐增大,且动摩擦因数随着初张力的增大逐渐减小。另外,塑料与PTFE膜裂纱间的动摩擦因数不仅小,而且离散系数小,是PTFE膜裂纱较理想的导纱材质。[著者文摘]

Analysis of Surface Characteristics and Friction Property of PTFE YarnGuo Xiaoqing Qu Lijun Zhang Mingxia Sun Yaning Chi Deling Qingdao UniversityAbstract:Surface characteristics and friction property of PTFE yarn were discussed. Longitudinal structure and cross section structure of PTFE yarn were analyzed,the yarn dynamic friction factor was tested in condition of different yarn speed,guiding yarn material and initial tension. The result shows that longitudinal structure of PTFE yarn is regular cylinder, cross section is polygon, yarn surface is smooth and self-cleaning, not easy to absorb dust. Dynamic friction factor of PTFE yarn is reducing at first with the increase of yarn speed while increased later. Dynamic friction factor is reducing when initial tension is increased. Dynamic friction factor between plastic material and PTFE yarn is smaller,the dispersion coefficient is smaller,plastic material is ideal guiding material of PTFE yarn.[著者文摘]
