难粘塑料表面低温等离子体处理研究进展

摘 要:分析了难粘塑料(如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚四氟乙烯和全氟乙丙烯等)难粘的原因,讨论了难粘塑料表面处理的途径,以及低温等离子体对其表面处理的原理,分别从反应型等离子体和非反应型等离子体两方面对其研究现状进行了介绍,并对等离子体表面处理的发展前景进行了展望。[著者文摘]
