摘 要:用热压成型法制备了纳米Si3N4填充的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料,研究了纳米Si3N4质量分数、表面处理对PTFE复合材料力学和摩擦磨损性能的影响,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对拉伸断口形貌进行观察,分析了复合材料增强机制。结果表明:未处理纳米Si3N4能提高复合材料的硬度和耐磨性,但拉伸强度和冲击强度有所降低;表面处理纳米Si3N4后,PTFE复合材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度、减摩性能有所提高。拉伸断口的微观分析表明,表面处理Si3N4在PTFE基体中有较好的分散性,与PTFE基体界面结合较好。[著者文摘]

Mechanical and Tribological Properties of PTFE Composites Filled with Nano-SiaN4 by Surface TreatmentGu Hongyan He Chunxia Engineering College, Nanjing Agricultural University, Nanjing Jiangsu 210031, ChinaAbstract:The composites of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filled with nano-Si3N4 were prepared by heating compres- sion molding. The effects of content and surface treatment of nano-Si3N4 on the mechanical, friction and wear properties of PTFE composites were investigated. The tensile fractures were observed by a scanning electron microscope (SEM). The strengthen mechanism for the composites was investigated. The results show that the untreated nano-Si3N4 can raise the hardness and wear resistance of composites, but it reduces tensile strength and impact strength of the composites. Nano- Si3N4 by surface treatment increases the tensile strength, impact strength and friction properties of composites. The micro- analysis of tensile fracture shows that nano-Si3N4 by surface treatment has a better dispersion in the PTFE matrix, and has a better combination with the PTFE matrix.[著者文摘]
