摘 要:开发节能、高效的原油脱水技术是石油开采、炼制企业面临的难题之一。今采用超疏水性聚四氟乙烯丝网进行原油脱水,首先对丝网的表面形貌结构进行了分析,然后采用错流过滤,考察了过滤压降、初始含水量、过滤级数对脱水效果的影响,并对分离机理进行讨论。实验结果表明:所用聚四氟乙烯丝网具有粗糙的表面结构,其水的静态接触角高达159°;该超疏水丝网能有效脱除原油中的水分,随着操作压降的降低或初始含水量的升高,脱水率会上升,但原油通量会相应下降;经过二级过滤,后侧含水量低于国家标准0.5%(w/w),达到国家原油外输标准(SY 7513-1988)。
To develop a crude oil dehydration technology with energy saving and high efficiency is one of the difficult problems in the petroleum mining and refining industry. In this study, a super-hydrophobic PTFE coated wire mesh was used to separate the water from the crude oil. The surface topography structure of the wire mesh is studied by SEM at first, then using crosstlow filtration, the influences of the filtration pressure, initial water content, and filtration stages on the water removal efficiency were investigated. The filtration mechanism was also discussed. The results show that the surface of PTFE-coated wire mesh is extremely rough, and the static contact angle of water on it reaches as high as 159~; the super-hydrophobie PTFE coated wire mesh can separate the water from the oil efficiently. With decreasing the pressure drop or increasing the initial water content, the dehydration ratio increases whereas the flux of crude oil decreases; and the water content of the crude oil after two-stage filtration is lower than 0.5%(w/w) and conforms to the national standard of SY 7513-1988.
