摘  要:为了研究耐磨板对球型支座受力性能的影响,分别建立了无耐磨板、采用PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)及采用UHMWPE(超高分子量聚乙烯)作为耐磨板的球型支座有限元计算模型,并针对各种使用工况进行分析计算和比较。结果表明:使用UHMWPE耐磨板在改善球型支座的受力方面与使用PTFE耐磨板作用相似,均消除了支座接触部位之间的应力集中,使支座受力更均匀,而且由于UHMWPE耐磨板在密度、耐磨和承载能力等方面的优良特性,特别值得在桥梁支座领域进行大规模的推广和应用。

In order to study the mechanical properties of spherical bearings influenced by the wear plate,the finite element calculation models of spherical bearings,in which the tolerant-less wear plate,PTFE(poly tetra fluoro ethylene)and UHMWPE(ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) wear plate are used,are established respectively.Through calculating and analyzing in different working conditions,the results show that the force improvements of the spherical bearing are similar by using UHMWPE and PTFE as wear plates,the concentration force on contact surface are eliminated and the mechanical properties of the spherical bearings are improved.Because of the excellent performance of UHMWPE wear plate in density,wear resistance,bearing capacity,etc.,it is worth large-scaled promoting and applying in the field of bridge bearing.
