摘 要:研究了可粘性聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)板材的制备工艺及其粘合性能.确定了加工工艺参数,讨论了添加剂LW和经表面处理的LW对树脂粘合性能的影响.实验结果显示:通过在PTFE中混合LW,可以有效改善PTFE板材的粘合性能;当采用硅烷偶联剂KH550、十六烷基溴化胺对LW表面进行处理,粘合性能可以进一步提高,并且硅烷偶联剂KH550处理LW的效果更好.[著者文摘]

Experimental data showed the adhesion strength of PTFE board was improved through adding additive LW.
