    摘  要:在氟橡胶(FKM)/炭黑共混体系中加入聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)微粉,制备FKM/PTFE/炭黑复合材料,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,采用PTFE微粉部分替代炭黑,硫化胶的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率及撕裂强度均明显增大,耐磨性能提高,压缩永久变形有所减小,脆性温度大大降低,但低温回弹性变差。FKM/PTFE/炭黑复合材料的热稳定性降低,在452℃出现FKM热质量损失峰后,在551℃又出现了PTFE热质量损失峰。

    The FKM/PTFE/carbon black composites were prepared by adding PTFE powder into FKM/carbon black composites, and their properties were investigated. The results showed that, by partly replacing carbon black with PTFE, the tensile strength, elongation at break and tear strength of FKM/PTFE/carbon black composites improved obviously,the abrasion resistance increased, the compression set decreased and the brittle point reduced, but the low temperature resilience became poor. The thermal stability of FKM/PTFE/carbon black composites decreased, the thermal weight loss peak of FKM occured at 452 ℃,and that of PTFE was at 551℃.
