摘 要:针对传统方法通过调整制膜参数控制PTFE微孔薄膜孔径的局限性,采用双层PTFF基带共拉伸的方法制备薄膜.在一定温度和拉力下,通过双层未脱脂基带同时脱脂、横向扩幅和固化的方法,研制出小孔径PTFE薄膜.系统研究了脱脂拉力和温度对基带和薄膜焊接牢度的影响,并从材料结晶结构和机械嵌合的角度揭示焊接机理.结果表明,PTFF晶粒的部分熔融和机械嵌合导致原纤纠缠和结点融合是形成薄膜焊接的原因.

College of Chemical Engineering, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Beijing 100029, ChinaAbstract:Co-stretching processing technique was adopted to overcome the limitations of the traditional technique, which adjust PTFE membrane pore size through changing processing parameter. The PTFE micropore membrane with small diameters could be prepared by means of a series of mechanical operation: co- stretching of double- layer sheet in longitudinal direction (the process of lubricant removal), stretching in transverse direction and then thermosetting. The effect of stretching stress and temperature on the joining strength of the double- layer sheet and PTFE was studied, and the joining mechanism of double - layer PTFE was analyzed. The results show that the reasons for jointing of PTFE layers are fibrils intertangling and nodes interblending owing to part crystal melting and mechanical adhesion under heat and stretching stress.
