电力杆塔疏水涂料性能研究

摘 要:以聚氨酯为成膜物质,将聚四氟乙烯(polytetrafluoroethene,PTFE)和聚醚醚酮(polyetheretherketone,PEEK)分别加入涂料中制得具有疏水功能的复合涂料,分别研究不同质量分数的PTFE和PEEK对涂层疏水性能的影响;结果表明当2种物质的质量分数越高,水接触角越大,疏水性能越好;而相同条件下,PEEK涂层的疏水性能比PTFE涂层好。同时,研究紫外老化试验对PEEK涂层性能的影响,结果表明经700h老化试验后涂层的疏水性能变化不明显,光泽保持率在94%以上。实践证明该涂层具有良好的疏水功能及长效性。
Polyurethane is taken as film forming matter, and tetrafluoroethlene (PTFE) and polyether ether ketone (PEEK) are respectively added into paint to produce composite materials that are able to discharge. Impacts of PTFE and PEEK with different mass fractions on drainage performance of the coat are studied. The result indicates that when the mass fraction of the two substances is large, water contact angle is proportional to the hydrophobicity. However, under the same circum- stance, PEEK coat is superior to PTFE coat in hydrophobicity. In the mean time, impact of UV aging test on performance of PEEK coat is studied. The result shows that hydrophobicity of the coat changes indistinctively after 700 hours of aging test, gloss retention rate remains above 94%. It is practically proved that the coat is superior in hydrophobicity and durability.

全文快照:的一种低表面能涂料_1]。关于疏水涂料,国内外众多学者正在研究l2 J。用该种涂料制成的涂层如果具有良好的疏水性,则会大大提高其抗离子扩散性和渗透性[7]。将疏水性涂料涂于输电导线、电力杆塔、绝缘子等表面,可降低冰在涂层表面的附着力,虽不能完全防止冰的形成,但可使冻雨和雪等冻结到导线或绝缘子之前就在自然力,如收稿日期:2011-11-30 基金项目:国家自然科学基金项目(51001109) 风力或导线及绝缘子的摆动力等的作用下自然滑落,或使冰、雪在导线和绝缘子上的附着力明显降低,达到防止覆冰、减小线路因覆冰出现事故的目的。聚四氟乙烯(poly tetrafluoroethene,PTFE) 中氟元素的电负性最强,原子间作用力小,表面能很低,具有良好的疏水性能和润滑作用;而聚醚醚酮(polyether ether ketone,PEEK)具有良好的力学性能和较低的摩擦系数。本文在以聚氨酯树脂为成膜物质的涂料中分别加入PTFE和PEEK,得到具有疏水功能的复合涂料,并通过测试涂层的静态接触角,研究出一种耐候性良好且具有较好疏水性广东电力第25卷能的疏水涂料。1 实验内容1. |
