铜粉对PTFE复合材料力学及摩擦学性能的影响

摘 要:通过向聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)中添加不同含量的铜粉,研究其力学性能和摩擦磨损性能;研究不同形状和粒径青铜粉,以及铜粉中其他成分对PTFE材料性能的影响。结果表明:铜粉质量分数为40%时,PTFE复合材料具有良好的力学性能,其耐摩擦磨损性能适中。在相同含量的青铜粉/PTFE复合材料中,铜粉粒径越大,其耐磨损能力越差,磨痕宽度越大,铜粉粒径越小,其复合材料的耐磨损性能越好,磨痕宽度越小。不规则青铜粉填充的PTFE复合材料具有较好的力学性能,但是球形铜粉填充的PTFE复合材料具有较好的耐磨损性能。青铜粉中的锡、铅、锌具有良好的减磨效果。[著者文摘]

Equipment Institute of Jinchan Group Ltd,Jinchang Gansu 737100,ChinaAbstract:Through filling different content of copper in the polytetrafluoroethylene ( PTFE ), the mechanical properties and tribologieal performances were studied. The effect of different shapes and sizes bronze powder and other components in the bronze on the properties of PTFE materials was discussed. The results show that PTFE composites with 40% bronze have better mechanical properties and good antiwear performances. In the PTFE composite materials with the same amount of bronze powder,the antiwear performances decrease with the increase of bronze powder particle size, and increase with the decrease of bronze powder particle size. PTFE composites filled with irregular bronze powder have better mechanical properties,but PTFE composites filled with spherical copper powder have better wear resistance. The tin, lead, zinc in bronze powder have a good friction reducing effect.[著者文摘]
