    多种径向高压密封材料的性能测试与比较

    摘 要:采用间隙挤出实验和磨损实验,研究了几种高压转轴密封材料的抗间隙挤出性能和抗磨损性能。结果表明:PTFE复合材料的抗间隙挤出和抗变形性能较差,而聚酮和聚氨酯材料的较好;聚酮、超高分子聚乙烯、PTFE复合材料以及聚氨酯的耐磨性能均较好,但PTFE复合材料(PTFE聚合物复合材料除外),尤其是含青铜的PTFE复合材料,对相对旋转面的损伤严重;比较的几种密封材料中,超高分子聚乙烯具有最低的摩擦因数,但其耐高温能力最弱;聚氨酯的摩擦因数与PTFE复合材料处于同一级别。[著者文摘]

    Test and Comparison of a Variety of High-pressure Radial Sealing MaterialsMarkus Henzler Werner Haas Shen Jie Institute of Machine Components, University of Stuttgart, Stuttgart 70569, GermanAbstract:Abstract: Using gap-extrusion experiments and wear experiments, the anti-gap extrusion and antiwear properties of sev- eral high-pressure shaft seal materials were studied. The results show that the PTFE composites have poor resistance to gap extrusion and deformation performances, while poly-ketone and polyurethane materials show better performances; the poly- ketone, ultra-high molecular polyethylene, PTFE composite (PTFE polymer composites excluded), particularly bronze PTFE composites, damage the opposite rotating sur- face badly; for the tested several sealing materials, ultra-high molecular polyethylene has the lowest friction coefficient, but the weakest high-temperature resistance performance ; the friction coefficients of polyurethane and the PTFE composites are at the same level.[著者文摘]
