电梯层门滑块的摩擦学设计

摘 要:利用PLINT微动磨损试验机对聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)的大位移摩擦磨损性能进行了研究。试验结果表明,在无润滑条件下PTFE的摩擦系数非常小,比橡胶的摩擦系数低一个数量级。以PTFE为基础添加耐磨材质的高分子材料完全可以满足层门滑块的工作条件,并可提高电梯运行的安全性能。PTFE是一种优异的自润滑材料,是已知可实用的滑动面材料中摩擦系数值最低的材料。[著者文摘]

Design of Door Sliders at TribologyAbstract:At PLINT fretting wear test machine for PTFE large displacement friction and wear properties were studied. The experimental results show that under the conditions of nonlubricated, PTFE friction coefficient is very small, than the rubber friction coefficient an order of magnitude lower. To add a wear-resistant PTFE-based material layer polymeric materials fully fulfill the working conditions of door sliders and improve the safety running of the elevator. PTFE is a very good self-lubricating materials, are known to be of practical sliding surface material the lowest coefficient of friction, lubrication materials are ideal.[著者文摘]
