ETFE薄膜循环拉伸试验及徐变试验

摘 要:分别在弹性阶段、屈服阶段和塑性流动阶段进行ETFE(乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物)薄膜循环拉伸试验,考察残余应变、应力松弛、加载和卸载中ETFE薄膜弹性的变化.在材料徐变试验中,采用了25,40和60℃的试验温度以及3,6和9MPa的拉伸应力,试验时间为24h.结果表明,常温且拉伸应力在6MPa以下时材料的徐变量较小且徐变发生缓慢,40℃以上或拉伸应力迭9MPa时材料将产生明显徐变,且徐变呈持续发展趋势.[著者文摘]

Cycle Loading and Creep Tests of ETFE FoilWU Ming-er, MU Tong, LIU Jian-ming Department of Building Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, ChinaAbstract:The cycle loading test of ethylene tetra fluoro ethylene(ETFE) foil was carried out using different values of cycle stress. The residual strain, the relaxation of stress and the change of elastic modulus of foil were investigated. In creep test three temperatures(25, 40 and 60 ℃) and three kinds of stress(3, 6 and 9 MPa)were set and the creep last 24 h. It is found that the creep strain keeps small if the temperature is 25 ℃ and the stress is under 6 MPa. In the case of a high temperature(40 ℃) or a large stress(9 MPa), large creep strain is observed and the creep strain keeps growing.[著者文摘]
