KrF准分子激光改性PTFE研究

摘 要:分别在大气和氮气背景下将波长248nm的KrF准分子激光垂直辐照到聚四氟乙烯(册)材料的表面,并利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱仪和拉曼光谱仪对辐照前后样品表面形貌及化学结构的变化进行比较分析。SEM测试结果表明激光照射后FIFE的表面出现孔状结构使得粗糙度明显增加,表面形貌的改变与激光照射到样品上的能量密度有较大关系。通过对照射前后的XPS谱进行比较,发现激光辐照使样品表面引入了极性的含氧基团并且照射后氟的含量明显减少。此外,通过Roman谱分析发现准分子激光照射后样品表面出现了C=C结构。[著者文摘]

College of Physics and Electronics, Shandong Normal University, Jinan 250014, China /Abstract:The surface of PTFE is vertically irradiated by KrF excimer laser with the wavelength of 248nm, and the experiment is completed in atmosphere and nitrogen background. The treated PTFE is analyzed by virtual of SEM ( scanning electron microscope ), XPS ( X - ray photoelectron spectroscopy ) and Ranmn spectrum. The results of SEM indicate that the surface roughness of PTFE increases after irradiation which is related to laser energy. Through the contrast of XPS before and after irradiation,one can fred the polarity oxygen groups are introduced and the proportion of Fdecreases obviously. In addition to these, the result of Raman spectrum shows the C = C appears after the laser irradiation.[著者文摘]
