聚对氨基苯甲酸/石墨烯-全氟磺酸-聚四氟乙烯共聚物修饰...

聚对氨基苯甲酸/石墨烯-全氟磺酸-聚四氟乙烯共聚物修饰玻碳电极检测铜(Ⅱ)

摘 要:将石墨烯(Gr)-nafion复合物滴涂到玻碳电极表面,然后通过电聚合将对氨基苯甲酸(p-ABA)修饰至电极表面制成聚对氨基苯甲酸/Gr-nafion修饰玻碳电极。利用差分脉冲溶出伏安法研究了Cu2+在修饰电极上的电化学行为。试验发现Gr-nafion膜和聚合膜poly(p-ABA)的协同作用,提高了Cu2+在电极表面的富集程度,有效地促进了电子在修饰电极上的传递速度。对实验参数进行优化,并通过考察发现传感器有良好的重现性,且一些常见的阳离子和阴离子对Cu2+响应信号不产生干扰。在5.0×10-7~4.0×10-5 mol/L范围内,铜离子浓度与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.995。方法检出限为5.0×10-9 mol/L(S/N=3)。方法应用于废水样中Cu2+的测定,结果同ICP-AES法的测定结果相一致,相对标准偏差为2.4%~3.6%。由于循环伏安曲线中Cu2+和Cd2+的溶出峰电位差较大,且没有相互干扰,所以该电极可用于Cu2+和Cd2+的同时测定。[著者文摘]

Determination of copper(Ⅱ) based on poly(p-aminobenzoic acid)/graphene-Perfluorosulfonic acid-PTFE copolymer modified glassy carbon electrodeYANG Jian-peng, HUANG Ke-jing,WANG Lan Department of Chemistry, Xinyang Normal University, Xinyang 464000,China Abstract:Graphene-nafion composite was coated on glassy carbon electrode surface,and then p-aminobenzoic acid was modified on it to fabricate poly(p-aminobenzoic acid)/graphene-nafion modified glassy carbon electrodes by using electrochemical polymerization method.The electrochemical behavior of Cu2+ at the modified electrode was investigated by differential pulse stripping voltammetry.It was found that Cu2+ can be effectively concentrated and the rate of electron transfer can be improved on the modified electrode based on the synergetic effect of the Gr-nafion and poly(p-ABA) film.The experimental parameters were optimized.The results showed that the sensor had good reproducibility.Some anions and cations had no interference to the determination of Cu2+ with the developed method.The peak currents were linearly dependent on the concentrations of Cu2+ in the range from 5.0×10-7 mol/L to 4.0×10-5 mol/L with a coefficiency of 0.995.The detection limit was 5.0×10-9 mol/L(S/N = 3).The proposed method was applied to the determination of Cu2+ in waste water samples and the results were found to be in accordance with that detected by ICP-AES.The relative standard deviation was 2.4%-3.6%.The sensor could be used for the simultaneous determination of Cu2+ and Cd2+ because a big peak-to-peak separation was obtained in the cyclic voltammograms.[著者文摘]
