摘  要:将PTFE纺织复合材料粘结到高强铝合金背衬上,制备成铝合金-PTFE纺织复合材料。选择航空工业常用的3层复合材料(DU)作对比实验。摩擦磨损实验在摆动实验机上完成,实验条件为:载荷为10—80MPa,摆动频率8次/min,摆角为±30。,相对湿度(70±5)%。实验结果证实铝合金-PTFE纺织复合材料的摩擦因数大约0.055,摆动磨损寿命大约2.5万次,均优于DU材料。可见,这种高比强的新型复合材料适用于航空航天工业。

An Al alloy-PTFE fabric composite was prepared, which is composed of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fabric as the matrix, and adhesive resin as the binder, and is cohered onto a high strength Al alloy support. Another kind of steel-bronze-PTFE composite (DU) was selected as a comparative investigation. Friction and wear tests were carried out in an Oscillating tribo-tester. Experimental conditions were normal pressure from 10 to 90 MPa,an oscillating frequentcy of 8 times per minute, oscillating angles of ± 30° and relative humidity of (70 ± 5 ) %. The result shows that the Al alloy-PTFE fabric composite exhibits a lower sible that the newly high specific coefficient of friction and longer oscillating wear life of 25 000 times than DU. So it is fea- strength composite is applied in aerospace.
