英文标题: Adhesive Property of Polyimide Based Binder to PTFE Microporous Membrane
摘要: 研究了具有优异耐热性的聚酰亚胺胶黏剂对聚四氟乙烯微孔薄膜的粘接性能.结果表明,聚酰亚胺胶黏剂对未经表面改性的聚四氟乙烯微孔薄膜没有粘接能力.采用钠萘溶液、N2和O2等离子体处理后,聚四氟乙烯微孔薄膜亲水性增强,聚酰亚胺胶黏剂都可以获得不同程度的粘接能力.但不同的处理方法,同等的亲水性条件下,粘接能力有一定的差异.钠萘溶液改性处理时,只有在接触角小于90°的情况下才可以明显改善薄膜的粘接性能.在亲水性90°~120°范围内,等离子处理的粘接效果要好于钠萘处理的情况.

Abstract:The adhesive performance of polyimide based binder,which had excellent heat resistance,to PTFE micmpomus membrarle was studied.The results showed the binder had nO adhesive power to the PTFE micropore
membrane which Was not surface modified.When Na—Naphthalene solution.02 and N2 plasma weIe used to
the hydrophilic modification of the PTFE micmpom membrane,the binder would have adhesive power to the menbrahe
in varying degrees.When the modification methods were different.the adhesive power could be different by
the$al,ne hydrophilicity.As to the Na-Naphthalene solution treamaent,only when the contact angle was smaller
than 900,the adhesive property of the membrane could be improved.When the contact angles were in the laRge of
0 to 120。,the adhesive result by plasma treatment Was better than that by Na-Naphthalene solution treatment.

聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)具有优良的化学稳定性和耐热性能,水和各种溶剂都不能使其溶解或溶胀。即使在高温时,强酸、强碱和强氧化剂也不能对PTFE起作用,其耐化学腐蚀性甚至超过一些贵金属。
PTFE还具有优良的耐高温和耐低温性能,熔点为327℃,分解温度为415 oC,可在一200~260 oC范围内长期使用。PTFE其临界表面张力为1.85×10-2 N/in,与水的接触角为1080,是一种极佳的防黏材料。随着双向拉伸技术制备PTFE微孔薄膜工艺的成熟,PTFE薄膜作为一种具有优良的防水透湿性能的高技术薄膜,采用层压复合的方法已成功制得防水透湿织物。层压复合的方法主要有黏合剂黏合的方法,采用的黏合剂主要有环氧树脂、聚氨酯、聚丙稀酸酯和丁腈橡胶等。为了增加薄膜表面的可粘接性能,通常需要对F1TE薄膜进行表面亲水化处理,物理和化学的方法都有成功进行亲水化改性的报道。为了防止黏合剂对微孔薄膜微孔的堵塞,浆点法常被用于层压工艺加工。然而,从目前的研究和应用看,所采用的PrFE微孔薄膜复合黏合剂和PTFE微孔薄膜的耐热性尚有距离。目前已知聚酰亚胺是一种具有优异耐热性能的高聚物。本文选择一种具有优良耐热性能的聚酰亚胺基黏合剂,研究了其对PTFE微孔薄膜的粘接性能。 |
