膨体聚四氟乙烯改性亲水膜的水过滤性能

摘 要:采用配位键合理论对疏水性膨体聚四氟乙烯膜(ePTFE)膜进行亲水改性,并对其用于水过滤过程的性能进行了研究。结果表明,亲水改性物质与ePTFE膜结合较好,在26.6kPa的过滤压差驱动下,初始纯水通量达2.0m3/(m2.h)以上,纯水通量较大,且随过滤压差的增加而增大。将亲水改性后的ePTFE膜用于含CaCO3微粒悬浮液的过滤过程时,截留率在99.0%以上。对ePTFE改性亲水膜在中药浸出液过滤过程中的应用进行了研究,水中悬浮物的去除率可达99.0%以上。

Faculty of Materials and Textiles, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Hangzhou Zhejiang 310018, ChinaAbstract:Based on the coordinate bonding theory, a hydrophobic expansible polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) membrane was modified to make it hydrophilic. The water filtration performance of this modified hydrophilic membrane was studied. The results showed that the bonding of the modified hydrophilic material with a hydrophobic ePTFE membrane was good. The initial water flux was up to 2.0 m^3/(m^2·h) with a pressure drop of 26.6 kPa. The water flux was large, and increased with increasing pressure drop. For the filtration of a CaCO3 suspension, the retention rate was greater than 99.0 %. In the filtration of a Chinese medicinal extract with this modified hydrophilic membrane, the removal rate of suspended substances was up to 99.0 %.
