    摘  要:采用湿法造粒,分别通过球磨分散造粒和两相乳液分散造粒两种方法制备30% BaSO4填充聚四氟乙烯粒料.筛选造粒方法,确定造粒工艺,对粒料及其模压制品的性能等进行分析评价,并采用偏光显微镜(POM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究粒料的外观结构及其模压制品微观结构.结果表明,两相乳液分散造粒比球磨分散造粒效果好,更有利于生产;所得粒料具有表观密度高、平均粒径小,粒径分布窄,粉末流动性好等优点.此外,造粒可使BaSO4与PTFE混合更均匀,模压制品中产生缺陷的机会变小,力学性能提高,拉伸强度从17MPa提高到19MPa以上,断裂伸长率由320%增加到400%以上,与未造粒料相比,提高幅度均已超过10%.
    30% BaSO4 filled polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) granular were prepared through a ball milling dispersion granulation method and a two-phase emulsion dispersion granulation method, respectively, by using wet granulation. The granulation method was screened, the granulation process was determined, the structure of particles in the granular powder was studied by polarizing optical microscope (POM) and the molded articles’microstructures were characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the two-phase emulsion dispersion granulation is the better granulating method for manufacture; the granular powder obtained has a large bulk density, a small average particle size, a narrow particle size distribution and superior powder flowability. The granulation can make BaSO4 dispersed more homogeneously in PTFE and reduce many defects in molded articles, also the tensile strength increases from 17 MPa to over 19 MPa, and the elongation at break increases from 320% to over 400%, the increase is more than 10% compared with the ungranulated material.
