摘　　要：文章主要分析了如何降低聚四氟乙烯分散树脂的单体消耗，从而提升产品的竞争力，从物料的流向分析、聚合单体的纯度、聚合釜的清洁度、回收单体压力、石蜡质量、出料过程消除位差影响、凝聚温度控制及现场卫生等方面提出了部分改进建议，
This paper mainly analyses how to cut down the consumption of PTFE dispersion resin monomer, and thus to promote the competitiveness of the product are studied, from the material flow analysis, the purity of mono- mer, the purity of the polymerizer, pressure, recycling monomer paraffin wax quality, discharging process to elimi- nate bad influence, condensing temperature control and on-site health put forward some Suggestions for improvement .
