脱脂牵伸倍数对聚四氟乙烯长丝力学性能的影响

摘 要:在制备聚四氟乙烯长丝的过程中设计了4种不同的脱脂牵伸倍数,通过对长丝的断裂强度的测试和脱脂牵伸后基带电镜照片的研究,分析脱脂牵伸倍数对聚四氟乙烯长丝断裂性能的影响。结果表明,随着脱脂牵伸位数的增加,长丝的断裂强度先增加后减小;而其断裂伸长率先减小后增大。
In the process of preparation of PTFE filament,four different kinds of degreasing draft are designed.Through the breaking strength of the PTFE filament and the electron micrograph after degreasing,the influence on the breaking strength is analyzed.The results show that the breaking strength of the PTFE filament increases firstly and then decreases.The breaking elongation decreases firstly and then increases.
