摘　　要：将玻璃纤维基布经预处理和偶联改性，然后浸渍聚四氟乙烯（PTFE）乳液，烧结制备玻璃布／PTFE结构膜材料，研究偶联剂类型和多浸渍PTFE后烧结及反复浸渍-烧结工艺对膜性能的影响．由全衰减反射-傅里叶红外光谱（ATR—FTIR）和场发射扫描电镜（FE—SEM）研究膜的结构和形貌，通过接触角测定膜的疏水性能，并由热重分析测定结构膜的热稳定性．机械强度测定结构表明膜材料可以满足使用要求．
Woven glass fibric/poly（tetra-fluoroethylene） （PTFE） membrane structural materials were prepared through pre-impurity removal, modification with silane coupling agents, and then sintered prior to dip coating with PTFE emulsion. The effects on properties for resulting membrane were investigated in type of silane coupling agents, processes of coating and sintering. Attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （ATR-FTIR） and field emission scanning electron microscopy （FE-SEM） were used to confirm the structure and morphology of membrane. The hydrophobilic property was tested through contact angle and thermal stability of membrane was also studied by thermogravimetric analysis. The membrane meets the requirement of application through the mechanical strength testing.
