尼龙66增强增韧改性研究

摘要:针对玻璃纤维增强聚酰胺材料韧性差的问题,对聚酰胺/玻璃纤维复合体系的增韧进行了研究,考察了玻璃纤维、改性聚合物对共混材料力学性能的影响。对PA/聚烯烃、PA/聚烯烃弹性体、不同类型PA合金等几类增韧体系进行了详细介绍。其中聚烯烃应用范围广泛。采用聚烯烃增韧与玻璃纤维共混,在保持复合材料拉伸强度和模量的同时,较大地提高了冲击强度,获得了综合力学性能优异的纤维增强聚酰胺材料。

MODIFIED PA66 ENGINEERING PLASTIC
Abstract: Different reinforcing and toughening technologies for different PA/glass-fiber composites were studied to improve brittleness of PA composites. Influences of glass- fiber and modified polymers particles on their mechanical properties were observed. Several systems including PA/polyolefin, PA/ polyolefin-elastomer, and PA alloys were discussed. Polyolefin constituted a widely employed toughener. Composites with well general mechanical properties, such as unchanged tensile strength and modulus and higher impact strength were obtained by adopting technologies of polyolefin and glass-fiber.
