摘　　要：高分子复合材料—聚四氟乙烯浸渍石墨,是树脂浸渍石墨材料中的一种,是近年来开发研制得到应用的新型复合材料,其不仅具有优良的热传导性能,更具优异的耐腐蚀性、耐温性与可加工性。BSL高分子杂链树脂浸渍石墨是新研制开发的一种耐温较高复合材料,也是综合性能较好的防腐蚀材料。本文结合我公司在稀土生产焙烧尾气系统中,采用聚四氟乙烯浸渍石墨材料和BSL高分子杂链树脂浸渍石墨材料的应用与实践。

Polytetrafluoroetylene is a kind of Carbon-graphite impregnated resin.It has well thermal conductivity and tensile strength at high temperature.It is easy to be shaped with good anti-corrosiveness .BSL-type heterochain polymer impregnated graphite has the same property as the former one.The both materials provide precondition for studying and developing chemical equipments.This paper indicates applications and production in processing of rare-earth roasting.
