聚四氟乙烯微孔薄膜的物理亲水改性研究

摘 要:改进传统的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)亲水改性方法,提出薄膜先吸附氢氧化铁(Fe(OH)3)胶体再聚合丙烯酸(AA)的改性方法。采用红外光谱、扫描电镜,以及测定接触角和水通量研充薄膜改性前后的化学组成、形貌和性能的变化。结果表明,吸附Fe(OH)3后薄膜与水的接触角明显下降,可进一步改善薄膜的水透过性能。[著者文摘]

Studies on the Hydrophilic Modification of Polytetrafluoroethylene Microporous MembraneLIUMing , CHEN Jian-yong , GUO Yu-hai The Key Laboratory of Advanced Textile Materials and Manufacturing Technology (Zhejiang Sci-Tech University), Ministry of Education, Hangzhou 310018, ChinaAbstract:A new idea regarding improvement of hydrophilic property of Polytetrafluoroethylene (PT- FE) microporous membrane through adsorbing Fe(OH)3 colloid and then polymerizing AA is put forward. The structure and properties of the PTFE/Fe (OH) 3/PAA composite membrane are studied through FT- IR, SEM, contact angle and water flux test. The experimental results show that the water contact angle of PTFE membrane absorbed by Fe(OH)3 colloid is reduced remarkably. The water flux property is increased by means of polymerization of AA on the PTFE membrane adsorbed by Fe(OH)3 colloid.[著者文摘]
