高能电子束辐照对聚四氟乙烯电气性能的影响

摘 要:研究了高能电子束辐照对聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)试样电气性能的影响,对比分析了辐照前后试样的性能,发现辐照导致材料的介电常数增大,体电导率减小,介质损耗因数减小,而辐照后试样强场电导特性变陡,直流电气强度变化不大。并对产生这些变化的机理进行了分析。[著者文摘]

Beijing Airspace Control Center, Beijing 100094, China Abstract:The influence of high energy electron radiation on electric properties of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) was studied.It is found that after radiation the dielectric constant of PTFE increased,while bulk conductivity and dielectric loss decreased,and the high-electrical-field conduction phenomenon appears steeper,the DC breakdown field doesn't change remarkably.And then the mechanism of changes was studied.[著者文摘]
