机械高能球磨法制备表面多孔金属铝

摘 要:将铸态块状纯铝连同聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)粉末放入球磨罐中进行机械球磨,除去残留于试样的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)。用XRD分析试样的物相,用SEM分析试样的形貌。实验结果表明,机械高能球磨法能够在试样表面形成多孔结构。并确定了较好的工艺参数,初步探讨了聚四氟乙烯在球磨过程中的作用。电化学腐蚀试验检验了腐蚀性能的变化。[著者文摘]

Fabrication of Aluminum with Porous Surface by Mechanical High-energy Ball MillingLIAN Mian-yan, SHEN Yi-fu, GU Dong-dong Naniing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing 211100, ChinaAbstract:The cast aluminum blocks were put together with the PTFE powder, which were mechanical milled by using a high-energy ball mill, then the remainder PTFE on the surfaces of the specimens was removed. The phases and morphology were measured and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) respectively. The results show that porous surface can be achieved on the pure aluminum by high-energy planetary ball mill. Confirming the better process parameters, the effect of the PTEE during the milling process was also discussed. The electrochemical corrosion tests were carried out to know the change of corrosion property.[著者文摘]
