磨耗试验机的改造及液压系统原理研究

摘　要:聚四氟乙烯板是桥梁支座的主要组成部分，其磨耗性能试验必须利用专用试验装置才完成。利用100t四柱液压试验机为主体，进行聚四氟乙烯板磨耗试验机的改造，阐述了该磨耗试验机各种试验功能动作的实现，并分析了其液压系统原理，改造后聚四氟乙烯板磨耗试验机能够满足相关标准的实验要求.[著者文摘]

Reconstruction for abrasive testing machine and the research on the hydraulic systemCHEN Yong-xian Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu 610031, ChinaAbstractTFE plate is a major part of the bridge bearing, and it makes its abrasive tests by employing the special testing machine. This paper introduces the reconstruction for abrasive testing machine of PTFE, basing on the 100T four-pillar hydraulic machine. It formulates testing motions that the abrasive testing machine could realize and analyzes its hydraulic principle system.
