摘　　要：到＂十五＂末期,我国炼油装备国产化率约为90%,乙烯装备国产化率约为70%。炼油装备国产化重点是催化裂化和加氢装置的关键设备,石化设备的国产化主要集中在乙烯裂解炉、＂三机＂、冷箱及聚合物反应器等方面。然而我国石化装备制造业与国际水平相比仍有一定差距,主要体现在研发力量薄弱,设备制造达不到专业化、成套化、系列化,缺乏系统设计、系统成套和工程总承包的工程公司和经验,计算机技术应用有待进一步提高。我国石化装备国产化工作具有良好的政策环境,同时石化工业的高速发展也有效地拉动了石化装备的市场需求。装备的大型化、高效化、节能化已成为当今世界石化装备的发展趋势。我国石化装备国产化发展重点是百万吨级乙烯工程配套的压缩机组和冷箱,大型聚合反应器和挤压造粒机组,实现大型干燥机、过滤机及离心机的专业化和系列化以及大型聚酯装置成套设备等。应形成＂一条龙＂攻关模式,坚持引进消化吸收与自主创新相结合,并进一步完善相关政策。

At the end of the Tenth Five Year were produced domestically and the percentage refining Plan period,around 90% of refining equipment used in China for ethylene units was around 70%.China＇s efforts to localize equipment are focused on key catalytic cracking and hydrogenation units,while the efforts to localize petrochemical equipment are concentrated on ethylene crackers,cracked gas compressors,propylene compressors,ethylene compressors,ice chests,polymer reactors , etc. However , there is still a gap between China-made petrochemical equipment and the most advanced international products.China lags behind in research and development and manufacture of specialized and serial equipment and equipment complex.China is also short of engineering companies and experience in undertaking system design and construction EPC projects and needs to continue to improve its computer technology applications.China has good policy environment to support the localization of petrochemical equipment and the rapid growth of the petrochemical industry has also driven the growth of market demand for petrochemical equipment.An apparent trend in the world petrochemical industry is that the equipment used is increasingly large,highly performing and energy effieient.China＇s efforts to develop petrochemical equipment will be focused on the compressor sets and ice chests used in 1-mln-t/ yr ethylene driers, filters projects,large polymerization reactors and extrusion granulators,specialized and serial heavy-duty and centrifuges and complete sets of large polyester units.In developing petrochemical equipment, China should establish a complete technical challenge-overcoming chain,use technologies both domestically developed and adapted from foreign ones and continue to improve relevant industry policies.
