摘  要:制备了氟化钙CaF2填充PTFE三层复合材料,并在端面摩擦磨损试验机上对其进行了常温干摩擦及预浸油摩擦实验,探讨了CaF2含量对材料摩擦磨损性能及磨损机理的影响。结果表明,随着CaF2含量的增加,材料的摩擦因数逐渐增大,但添加少量CaF2时材料的耐磨损性能明显提高,说明少量CaF2的加入有利于改善材料的综合摩擦磨损性能。

The friction and wear behavior of CaF2 filled PTFE three-layer composite was tested under the End Friction Testing Machine, and the influence of CaF2 content was studied. The results showed that the coefficient of friction of the composite increased with the increase of CaF2 content, meanwhile the wear of the composite decreased obviously when filled with few CaF2, which means that CaF2 can improve the tribologieal properties of the composites.
