摘 要:聚四氟乙烯软管组件可应用于航空、航天领域,在液压传动系统中使用广泛。聚四氟乙烯软管组件由聚四氟乙烯内管、不锈钢丝增强结构、金属连接件组成。其中,不锈钢丝增强结构起到提高聚四氟乙烯内管承压效果的作用。主要阐述了一种35 MPa压力等级软管组件的增强结构设计,该结构具有超高耐压等级,而且重量轻、柔韧性高、安装方便。
The polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) hose assembly is widely used in the hydraulic system in the fields of aeronautics and space. It is composed by PTFE tube, stainless steel wire reinforced structure and metal fitting. The stainless steel wire enhanced structure can improve the inner tube stress suffer ability. This paper mainly introduces a 35 MPa pressure braiding reinforcement structure. This kind of structure makes the hose assembly with advantages such as high grade of anti-pressure, light weight, high flexibility, easy to assemble, etc.
