摘　　要：以专利计量方法研究全球和我国聚四氟乙烯产业的发展过程和发展趋势，对聚四氟乙烯专利信息中的专利分类号、申请人、地区分布、主要机构、重点技术等要素进行定性、定量分析研究，为我国聚四氟乙烯产业加快技术创新、实现转型升级等提供参考。主要建议包括：做好聚四氟乙烯产业发展规划，突出技术研发的带动作用；实施创新驱动发展战略，推动产学研一体化发展；做好招商引资工作，有针对性的引进行业领军企业，尝试引进国外先进技术和制造工艺，并结合自身特色进行再创新；实施合适的专利战略，积极开展专利技术保护。
This paper researched the development process and trend of Teflon industry in China and the world ,also quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed the International Patent Classification,the applicants,the regional distribution,the main mechanism and key technology in Patent documents using patentmetrics method, then gives suggestions in order to accelerate technological innovation and upgrading development of Teflon industry in China:make development plan of PTFE industry and highlight the driving role of R&D; implement innovation-driven development strategy and promote the integration of industry, research and development; make investment promotion work; import leading enterprise of PTFE industry and advanced foreign technology and manufacturing process, then reinnovation combined with its own characteristics; implement appropriate patent strategy and actively carry out patent protection.
