聚四氟乙烯锂离子电池复合隔膜制备与应用

摘 要:以膨体聚四氟乙烯微孔膜为基膜,热压复合聚乙烯锂电池隔膜,制备一种动力电池用复合锂离子电池复合膜。通过取实验节存的标准正极片和负极片,使用本工艺制备的不同规格聚四氟乙烯锂电池复合隔膜,制作软包装实验电池。研究分析聚四氟乙烯复合聚乙烯隔膜作为动力电池隔膜性能参数。测试结果表明:热压复合处理后隔膜的仍具有较高的空隙率,达到了42.4%,其刺穿强度达到原来的3倍;库伦效率与常规隔膜相近,为72.8%~79.3%,但交流内阻明显偏大,为常规隔膜的1.5倍~2倍。
With expanded polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane as support membrane,membrane pressing compound polyethylene composite film with lithium battery,lithium ion battery preparation for power battery.Through the standard positive and negative pole piece experimental section of the deposit,using different sizes of PTFE lithium battery composite membrane in the preparation process,making soft packaging test batteries.Research and analysis of PTFE composite polyethylene membrane as power battery separator performance parameters.The test results show that:the gap still has a higher rate of hot press after combined treatment of diaphragm,reached 42.4%,the puncture strength can be greatly improved,compared with the composite before,puncture resistant strength increased to 3 times the original;Kulun efficiency similar to that of conventional diaphragm,72.8%~79.3% AC resistance,but much larger,as 1.5 times to 2 times the conventional diaphragm.
