摘  要:采用冷压-热烧结法制备聚苯酯(POB)改性聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)复合材料,考察聚苯酯含量以及在110℃的航空液压油中浸泡后对改性PTFE材料机械性能和摩擦磨损性能的影响。试验结果显示:改性PTFE材料的硬度与聚苯酯含量成正比,而拉伸强度和拉断裂伸长率与聚苯酯含量成反比;改性PTFE材料的摩擦因数随聚苯酯含量增加先增大后减小,体积磨损率则呈减小趋势;改性PTFE材料的摩擦因数随着载荷增大而减小,而磨痕宽度随载荷的增大而增大;质量分数20%聚苯酯改性PTFE的综合性能最优,并且具有很好的稳定性,在航空液压油浸泡后其性能变化不明显。
The PTFE composites reinforced with different content of polybenzoate (POB)filler were prepared by mold- ing-sintering technique.The effects of POB content and 110 ℃ aircraft hydraulic immersion and sliding conditions on the mechanical and tribological behaviors were studied.The results show that with the increasing of the content of POB, the hardness of POB filled PTFE composites is increased, the tensile strength and elongation are decreased,the friction coeffi- cient is first increased and then decreased,the wear rate is decreased.With the increasing in applied load,the friction coef- ficient of POB filled PTFE composites is deceased and the wear rate is increased.20% ( mass fraction) POB filled PTFE composites exhibit excellent comprehensive performance and stability in aircraft hydraulic oil.
