常温下聚四氟乙烯的湍流超细粉碎研究

摘 要:为探讨湍流粉碎机对塑料进行超细粉碎的机理,利用湍流粉碎机对聚四氟乙烯进行常温超细粉碎的试验。通过试验,对主要粉碎参数如转速、入料粒度和入料速度对粉碎效果的影响进行分析。结果表明:在适宜的参数条件下.湍流粉碎机对聚四氟乙烯进行常温超细粉碎的粒度可以达到d50〈12μm,同时分析聚四氟乙烯在湍流场中进行超细粉碎的机理。[著者文摘]

The effect of key parameters such as rotary speed, particle size and feed rate on the comminuting efficiency was analyzed by experiments. The results showed that the comminuting efficiency of d50〈12 μm got with the feasible comminution parameters. The reasons of ultrafine comminution of PTFE with turbulence mill under normal temperature were simply investigated.[著者文摘]
