两款高速铁路桥梁支座滑块的制备及对比研究

摘 要:介绍超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)两款桥梁支座滑块的制备方法,并对滑块的性能进行了研究。结果表明,UHMWPE复合滑块具有比PTFE滑块更加突出的综合力学性能,且其承载能力高,自润滑性能好,耐磨损性能突出,是高速铁路桥梁支座的理想之选。就磨损机理而言,PTFE滑块主要表现为粘着磨损,而UHMWPE复合滑块则主要表现为磨粒磨损。[著者文摘]

PREPARATION AND COMPARATIVE STUDY OF TWO KINDS OF SLIDING BLOCKS FOR HIGH-SPEED RAILWAY BRIGDE BEARINGSJiang Wending, Huang Anmin, Zhu Zhiyong, Deng Rusheng Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology Co. Ltd. , Zhuzhou 412001, ChinaAbstract:The preparation methods of two kinds of sliding blocks made from ultra high molecular weight polyethylene( UHMWPE) composite and pure polytetrafluorethylene(PTFE) powder were introduced respectively. A comparative research was carried on to differentiate the properties from each other. As the research revealed, UHMWPE composite sliding blicks showed better comprehensive mechanical properties, higher bearing capacity, better self-lubricance and lower linear wear rate to those of PTFE sliding blocks, which renders UHMWPE composite sliding blicks to be preferable options for high-speed railway bridge bearings. As for the wear mechanisms were concerned, PTFE blocks mainly showed adhesive abrasion while UHMWPE composite blocks mainly showed grain-abrasion.[著者文摘]
