聚四氟乙烯针刺非织造材料摩擦起电性能研究

摘 要:研究聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)针刺非织造材料与不同高聚物针刺非织造材料的摩擦起电特征,以及PTFE针刺非织造材料表观形态变化和表面静电压衰减特征。结果表明:PTFE针刺非织造材料表面静电压和表观形态变化均与副磨料的材料类型、摩擦时间紧密相关;与黏胶针刺非织造材料摩擦9 min后,PTFE针刺非织造材料的表面静电压由2.4 kV增加至11.8 kV,且半衰期约为13.8 d,远高于驻极静电压的半衰期。该结果可为今后开发过滤效率更高、使用寿命更长的过滤材料提供理论依据。
The triboelectric characteristic of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) needled nonwovens a- gainst various polymer needled nonwovens, as well as the variation of surface morphology and the at- tenuatiou characteristic of surface electrostatic voltage of PTFE needle nonwovens, were studied. The results showed that the surface electrostatic w)ltage and the variation of surface morphology of PTFE needled nonwovens were closely related to the types of subsidiary abrasive material and the fl'iction time. The surface electrostatic voltage of tYFFE needled nonwovens increased from 2.4 kV to 11.8 kV after friction with the viscose needled nonwovens for 9 min, and the half-life was 13.8 days, which was much longer than that of electret static voltage. The results could provide a theoret- ical foundation for developing the filter material with higher filtration efficiency and longer service life in future.
