雷达罩用新型抗静电防腐耐磨涂料的研制

摘　要:以含氟二元醇树脂、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯缩二脲溶液为原料,二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂制备了含氟聚氨酯树脂,并以其为基本成膜物,并掺入耐高温填料二氧化钛,导电填料纳米ATO（掺锑二氧化锡）,聚四氟乙烯微粉,同时加入超分散剂、溶剂等制备了雷达罩用新型抗静电防腐耐磨涂料。该涂料不仅具有优良的抗静电性、弹性及良好的附着力,同时还具有很好的防腐蚀性、耐老化性和耐磨性,是一类新型的多功能涂料。[著者文摘]
