玻璃纤维/聚四氟乙烯复合材料的制备与性能研究

摘 要:通过高速混合、冷压烧结成型法用玻璃纤维(GF)填充聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)制备了GF/PTFE复合材料,探讨了GF用量对GF/PTFE复合材料拉伸性能和摩擦磨损性能的影响,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对复合材料微观结构进行了分析研究。结果表明:GF质量分数为15%时,复合材料耐磨性能最好,磨耗量不足1.0×10-3g/h,拉伸强度与常规干法混合制备的复合材料相比提高近30%,高速混合工艺使GF均匀分布于PTFE基体中,并可进一步细化PTFE粉料。[著者文摘]

Preparation of GF/PTFE Composites and Its PropertiesYAN Lu-ke,LI Wei-guang,SUN Zeng-zhiEngineering Research Center of Transportation Materials,Ministry of Education,Chang'an University,Xi'an 710064,ChinaAbstract:A glass fiber(GF) reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) composite was prepared by high speed mixing method and cold press and sintering technique.The effects of GF amount on the tensile strength and friction and wear properties of the GF/PTFE composites were investigated.The results indicated that the abrasion loss of 15%GF/85%PTFE composite was lower than 1‰ g/h;the tensile strength was increased by 30% compared to that made by normal dry mixing method.The microstructure of the composite was then characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM) which revealed that high-speed mixing method can solve the agglomeration problem of PTFE resin,making GF dispersed homogeneously in PTFE and further pulverizing the materials powder.[著者文摘]
