改善防水透湿薄膜弹性的研究

摘　要:聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)用于防水透湿涂层越来越受到重视,但对其弹性改善方面的研究还很少。将聚氨酯(TPU)加入PTFE树脂中,用简单的方法制得了PTFE/TPU共混薄膜,以改善PTFE薄膜的弹性,并用表面扫描电镜(SEM)观察、强力及弹性测试对共混薄膜进行了分析。结果表明,改性后的硼酸能使TPU和PTFE均匀掺混,TPU在共混薄膜中的含量影响薄膜的断裂伸长率和断裂强度。共混薄膜中TPU的含量小于30%时,随着TPU/PTFE值的增大,薄膜的强力下降,弹性增强。
