聚三氟氯乙烯制品力学性能初步研究

【摘要】 对聚三氟氯乙烯(PCTFE)试片结晶度和力学性能关系进行了试验和分析,在此基础上测试了不同工艺方法和工艺参数下的压制制品结晶度和力学性能,初步建立起了PCTFE制品压制工艺、结晶度与力学性能关系。试验结果表明:试片的力学性能不能直接反映制品的力学性能,通过控制PCTFE制品压制工艺参数和工艺方法,可以改变制品的结晶度,提高制品的力学性能和质量稳定性。 更多还原
【Abstract】 Tests and analysis were conducted for study on relation between crystallinity and mechanical properties of PCTFE specimens.The dependence relation of mechanical property of the suppressed products on the processing and crystallinity of the material were primarily established.
