等离子体引发PTFE膜固定化脲酶处理废水研究

采用等离子体引发聚四氟乙烯( FE)表面固定化脲酶,并利用固定化酶膜处理含尿素废水。研究发现,固定化酶处理900 mg/L的尿素废水,30 oC以上的温度下1 h以内尿素转化率能保证在90% 以上,并且固定化酶比活力不变。在固定化酶的稳定性测试中,1个月内固定化脲酶酶活保持不变。
Urease is immobilized onto the surface of Plasma induced PTFE films, and then the waste water containing carbamide is treated with the immobilized urease. The results show that the PTFE - i - Urease films can digests 90% of carbamide in the waste water(900 mg/L)in 1 h above 30 ℃ ,and the activity of the enzyme keeps still in this stage. The stability test indicates that the activity of the immobilized urease can keep for 1 month.
