聚四氟乙烯复合薄膜的摩擦磨损性能

英文标题:  Study on the Frictional and Wear Properties of Composite Film with PTFE
摘要:  制备了一种PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)复合固体润滑膜(复合膜),在干摩擦状态下研究这种涂层的摩擦磨损性能,并将其摩擦系数、磨损率以及磨痕形貌与PTFE单质涂层(单质膜)进行对比.结果表明:复合膜摩擦系数较低且稳定,磨损率远低于单质膜磨损率,说明该复合膜能在摩擦磨损过程中形成稳定的转移膜,为此可有效改善单质PTFE的摩擦磨损性能,同时获得较低的摩擦系数和较低的磨损率.

Abstract:A composite lubricant film with PTFE was prepared.and its frictional and wear properties
were investigated under dry friction.The frictional coefficient,wear rate and the morphology of the
surface were compared with pure胛FE film.The results show that the frictional coefficient of the
composite film iS rather lOW and steady.Furthermore.the wear rate is much lower than the pure
PTFE film.It can be concluded that steady transfer film is possibly formed during the frictional and
wear process.The present experiment indicates that the frictional and wear properties are effectively
improved by means of compounding with other materials.

PTFE具有独特的螺旋形链结构,其分子间的吸引力很弱,分子之间容易滑动,从而易在摩擦对偶件表面形成转移膜.文献[1]表明,单质PTFE形成的转移膜在对偶面上的粘附性能较差,而形成较大的磨损.制备PTFE固体自润滑涂层的方法有很多种,如复合镀、气相沉积、粘结固体润滑膜等粘结固体润滑膜可替代许多机械设备传统的油、脂润滑材料,改善摩擦副的润滑性能,同时适用于无油润滑的干摩擦场合.气相沉积薄膜膜厚均匀.
将气相沉积PTFE薄膜用于机械零件鲜有报道,对用于减摩抗磨的气相沉积涂层主要为MoS:涂层,一般厚度为1斗m左右.HOU等人利用磁控溅射方式制得的二硫化钼和钛的复合涂层有较好的抗磨减摩效果.但是,二硫化钼在腐蚀环境中对基体没有保护能力,也易于吸收空气中的潮气,使薄膜的摩擦系数增大而导致其失效,也使得涂层的耐蚀性能变差.而PTFE具有最低的摩擦系数、较大的温度使用区间以及最低的表面能.由于其优良的自润滑和耐腐蚀性能,PTFE在摩擦磨损和防腐领域中有着十分特殊的地位.文中对制得的复合固体润滑膜的摩擦磨损性能进行研究,并对这种从复合膜和磁控溅射中获得的单质薄膜的性能进行了对比试验和研究.
