聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)表面处理钢筘对玻璃纤维经纱的织造性能影响

摘 要:为有效减少织造打纬阶段,经纱受到钢筘的反复摩擦而产生毛羽,甚至损伤、断头等磨损,通过对普通不锈钢筘片进行聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)喷涂和烧结处理,探究织造时普通不锈钢材质与表面处理后的筘片对经纱磨损程度的影响。结果表明,经聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)烧结后的钢筘,在打纬过程中,对经纱的磨损最小。实验结果可为提升高性能纤维织物的品质起到促进作用。
In the stage of beating, warp yarns are subjected to the repeated frictions of the reed, which results in hairiness, surface damages and broken ends. To reduce these problems, researchers explored the impact of common stainless steel reed and the reed after surface treatment on the wear degree of warp yarns through PTFE spraying and sintering treatment of common stainless steel reed. At the end, it is found that the reed treated by Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) brings the least wear of warp yarns in the beating process. This research promotes the quality improvement of high performance fiber fabrics.
