互感器用绝缘聚四氟乙烯薄膜的研制

摘 要:介绍了高性能绝缘用聚四氟乙烯薄膜的制备,该薄膜用于互感器层间及电磁线绕组的绝缘,也可用于高温即耐热环境要求高的绝缘场合,经测试薄膜的电气强度大于160kV/mm、拉伸强度大于60MPa、薄膜材料的分解温度为385℃,各项性能指标均能满足用户的要求。
This paper introduces the development of a high-performance insulating PTFE film, which is mainly used for the interlayer adhesion of transformer and the insulation of electromagnetic winding wires, and also exhibits excellent insulating properties with high temperature. TGA test shows that the electrical strength of the film is more than 160kV/ mm and its tensile strength is greater than 60 MPa. The film's heat decomposition temperature is 385℃. All properties of the new-type film can satisfy the requirements of users.
