硅灰石纤维改性PTFE材料摩擦性研究

摘 要:采用硅灰石纤维(WF)、青铜粉、石墨填充改性聚四氟乙烯(PTFE),制备了PTFE摩擦材料。结果表明,与用作密封件的传统改性PTFE材料相比,采用WF、青铜粉与石墨复合改性的PTFE材料,具有较好的抗磨损性能,对对磨材料损伤较轻微,具有较好的硬度,能用作长期使用的密封材料。[著者文摘]
