摘要:通过外来种子乳液聚合法用丙烯酸酯类反应单体对外来种子聚四氟乙烯进行浸泡、溶胀,然后引发聚合反应制得聚四氟乙烯改性的聚丙烯酸酯乳液,并对复合乳液进行了表征。研究了乳液的室温流变性并跟踪了乳液的成膜情况。

Abstract: A new latex particle containing poly2tetrafluoroethylene and poly2arylate in one and the same particle were
prepared by a swelling emulsion polymerization process ,in which the initial PTFE particles were first swollen by several acrylates
and then the polymerization was carried out. The composite emulsion was characterized. The formation and morphological
variation of the particles were studied. Furthermore ,the rheologic performance and film2forming of the emulsion were inspected.
